Musical nights which encourage artistry and creatively are special things. Falling and Laughing are grateful for an event called Bohemian Jukebox This was an event in Birmingham organised by the actor and musician Ben Calvert. Ben encouraged Falling and Laughing as we started out as a band as a trio then as a duo. We are delighted that Ben is joining us on Saturday 14th March to play some songs.

Bohemian Jukebox brought artists together in such a warm, collaborative space. Over the past year, I (Darryl) have found a similar vibe at Sunday Sessions in Kenilworth, meeting brilliant musicians and working on new collaborations.

I’m delighted that two artists that I have met from these sessions will be performing at our Spacejunk and Solarpunk event:

Charlie Ward — fresh off the release of his debut EP

Chaste — providing music with a swirling emotional soundscape

It’s going to be a special one.
